Italian Travel - A Tourist's Paradise

If you are looking for a great place to travel this summer, whether for a city break or a full blown holiday, then you could do far worse than to check out Italian travel. 

Italy has it all, from skiing (which would obviously be more of a tourist draw in the winter) to summer sun to fabulous cities to the cool and beautiful Mediterranean Sea. It literally has it all! No matter what you look for in a holiday, you could find a handful of places that would suit you completely and make you feel at home.

Italian travel is relatively easy. It is no more than three to four hours via aeroplane from anywhere else in Europe because the country is relatively central. There are also plenty of car hire companies that will provide you with a car to enable you to get around. However, be careful of driving because the Italian blood can be awfully fiery at times! There are rail options though. However, no matter how you choose to get around, there are plenty of things to see and do!

You could take a trip to the north of Italy and see the fashion capital Milan, or you could travel over to Rome and see the sights. You have history and architectural splendour there all in one! Speaking of architectural splendour, if you do like that kind of thing then Florence is the place for you! The beauty and heritage of the buildings there is unparalleled anywhere in the world. Then there is Venice and the gondola ride that you just have to take. If none of that appeals then Sorrento may just be the place for you with its rustic appeal and proximity to the island of Capri. The list could go on and on. As you can see, there is an awful lot to do in Italy so Italian travel may well be the direction in which you want to go this summer!
